This position is a great fit for an enlisted maintenance technician, E-5 / E-6, who has completed A and C schools or a strong helicopter mechanic. The client is internationally recognized as the best in class, their impressive client list includes the leading corporations in aerospace, medical and automotive. You will be the technical expert, the clients go-to for precision maintenance, machine set-up, system upgrades and world-class customer service. You will travel to customer sites operating autonomously (no manager on your hip). This is they hire military-experienced professionals with technical aptitudes and maturity to operate independently in the field. Their PQS Training program is a combination of in-house class room and in the field with a technical mentor. Training is self-paced but typically less than 24 months. Significant travel to customer sites to perform set up, preventative or corrective maintenance. Most appointments are set in advance and travel can be in or out or region. These positions offer an incredible amount of overtime and travel time. They also offer an opportunity to work with a cross-section of industry and expand your technical knowledge base.
