In this role they need someone who can apply basic electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills to perform preventative maintenance and equipment down repairs on Grohmann overmold cells & Arburg injection molding equipment as primary job function. Secondary function to support automated final assembly cells, Staubli & Adept robots, Allen Bradley, Omron, & Keyence PLCs, spray and dip coating equipment, automated screwdrivers, conveyor equipment, and so on. You will need to show you are capable of troubleshooting PLC and Robotics Controls, as well as mechanical and electrical systems - read schematics, use of multimeter - understands programming logic, teaching points. You will conduct basic tests or analysis on production equipment to determine operability and apply standard troubleshooting techniques to determine and correct for malfunctions. You will need to show you can make effective technical decisions and communicates them to Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
This is a Friday-Sunday night role and the hours are 5 pm - 5 am. Most techs work a fourth night when they can for overtime.
Multiple levels, $23.50 - $27/hr plus shift differential and overtime. Matching 401k, 15 days vacation - one-week company shut-down at end of the year, 13 holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
